After growing up in Hornell, New York, Erin attended SUNY Geneseo where she graduated with a BA in History. She continued her move north, to Rochester, working at the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center while obtaining her master’s degree in School Counseling from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2008. As luck would have it, this was just as the recession hit and school budgets were being slashed. Erin spent the next couple of years working in the public sector and fundraising for nonprofits before deciding to purchase her own home. Shortly thereafter, she began her career in real estate and found her true passion (and her first – and second – home!).
Fast forward ten years or so, and it seems that this crooked career path was leading her in the right direction all along. She wound up in a profession she loves, in a city she loves, with a growing number of clients she’s happy to call her friends.
