Whether you’re buying your first home or your fifth, it’s a big deal.  It’s important to me that you find the right house, in the right location, for the right price.  I would much rather my clients move on from a so-so house, than to buy and have regrets or second guesses.  When first working with clients, I like to meet – in person if possible! – to discuss everything from your likes and dislikes, your preferences and quirks, to your long-term financial and personal goals.  I’ll explain the nitty gritty about viewing houses and the process from making an offer to closing.  Please see my blog on the importance of communication with your Realtor -it’s huge part of a successful (and fun!) agent/client relationship.

From there, we’ll hit the ground running!  I’ll guide you throughout the process and offer up recommendations (if needed) for mortgage brokers, inspectors, attorneys – every professional you might need.
